Airmate, the leading global manufacturer of air environment home appliances, has officially completed the capacity upgrade of its Jiujiang manufacturing plant, marking a major milestone in the brand’s global supply layout.
Founded in 2014, the Jiujiang factory covers a total site area of 372,333 square meters with a construction area of 391,000 square meters. After this round of expansion, its annual production capacity remains 20 million units, paired with optimized automated assembly lines, upgraded motor production workshops and advanced plastic injection equipment. Together with the Shenzhen factory (10 million annual output), Airmate’s total yearly production capacity reaches 30 million units, covering air circulators, electric heaters, air purifiers and household ventilation fans.
The upgraded workshop introduces fully automatic motor winding and assembly lines, cutting manual intervention while improving product consistency. Equipped with a full suite of testing labs—including an anechoic noise test room, salt spray corrosion tester and environmental simulation chambers—the factory maintains strict ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 quality management standards throughout production.
“With surging overseas demand for quiet, energy-saving home climate appliances, this expansion strengthens our ability to serve more than 60 export countries,” said Stella Hu, Overseas Marketing Manager of Airmate Electrical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. “We can deliver stable OEM & ODM orders for top global brands such as Bosch, Delonghi and Sharp, while shortening lead times for regional clients across Europe, Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia.”
Airmate’s dual production hubs in Shenzhen and Jiujiang now support a balanced global market strategy, balancing mass bulk orders and customized small-batch development to satisfy diverse market demands worldwide.
